4800 Definitions—pt 4.4
forensic proceeding means a proceeding in relation to an application
to carry out a forensic procedure under the Act or the Crimes Act.
prescribed offender—see the Crimes Act, section 23WA.
serious offender—
(a) for an application under the Act—see the Act, section 9; and
(b) for an application under the Crimes Act—see the Crimes Act,
section 23WA.
the Act means the Crimes (Forensic Procedures) Act 2000.
the Crimes Act means the Crimes Act 1914 (Cwlth).
