4724 Prosecution application for review of bail decision (1) This rule applies to an application by the director of public prosecutions for review of a bail decision under the Bail Act 1992, section 44 (Right of review of bail decisions—prosecution). Note Application must be made using approved form 4.11 (Application for review of bail) AF2017-107. (2) Part 6.2 (Applications in proceedings) does not apply to an Rule 4730 (3) When the registry is open, the application must be— (a) filed by delivering it to the registry personally; and (b) stamped with the date and time of filing. (4) When the registry is not open, the application must be filed by sending a copy by email to s44bailreview@courts.act.gov.au. Division 4.3.4 Supreme Court criminal proceedings—pre-trial procedure
