4723 Supreme Court application for bail by unrepresented
(a) an accused person is unrepresented; and
(b) the person applies for review of bail under the Bail Act 1992,
section 20B (Power in relation to bail—Supreme Court), section
43 (Power of Supreme Court to review—decision of authorised
officer) or section 43A (Power of Supreme Court to review—
decision of Magistrates Court or Supreme Court).
(2) The accused person may apply for bail using a short form of

(3) The accused person must serve a stamped copy of the application on
the director of public prosecutions.
