4305 Prosecution evidence to be given to accused etc—
Magistrates Court Act, s 90
(1) For the Magistrates Court Act 1930, section 90 (2), the period within
which the informant must serve the documents on the accused person
before the date set for the committal hearing is—
(a) 28 days; or
(b) if the court orders another period—the period ordered.
(2) For the Magistrates Court Act 1930, section 90 (3), the period within
which a copy of the documents mentioned in subrule (1) must be filed
in the court is—
(a) 28 days; or
(b) if the court orders another period—the period ordered.
