4054 Criminal proceedings—certificate of conviction
(1) For a criminal proceeding, the registrar may issue a certificate of
conviction.
conviction, for a person who has been found guilty at a trial on an
indictment or pleaded guilty to an offence charged in an indictment,
means—
(a) a conviction recorded by the court for the person; or
(b) a finding of guilt recorded by the court for the person.
