4050 Criminal proceedings—production of person in custody
(1) The court may make the following orders:
(a) an order requiring the production of a person who is in custody;
(b) an order about the continuing custody of a person who is in
custody.
(2) The court may order that the person in custody be produced—
(3) An order under this rule may be made on the application of a party or
on the court’s initiative.
