4005 Meaning of accused person for div 4.1.2—bail
accused person includes—
(a) for an application under the Bail Act 1992, division 6.2 (Review
of decisions by courts)—a person who is an accused person for
that division; and
(b) for any other application in relation to bail—a convicted person.
