4Application of rules

4 Application of rules (1) Unless a territory law otherwise provides, these rules apply to all proceedings in the Supreme Court and Magistrates Court. (2) Also, a provision of these rules mentioned in an item in the following table, column 2 does not apply to a proceeding in the Supreme Court until the provision mentioned in the item, column 3 is repealed or otherwise ceases to apply for the purpose of proceedings in that court.
