3969 Workers compensation costs—claim against arbitration

(1) This rule applies if a worker is paid an amount of compensation on

to the arbitration, or claim a lien in relation to the costs, from the
compensation only if, on application by the worker, lawyer or agent,
the court awards the lawyer or agent the costs.
(3) Costs to be awarded to the lawyer or the lawyer’s agent are payable
at 2/3 of the prescribed scale of costs, unless the court otherwise
