3956 Arbitration—admission of liability to claim for deceased
worker
(1) This rule applies to the arbitration of a claim if the application is by a
dependant, or the personal representative, of a deceased worker.
(2) An employer may, before the day set for the arbitration—
(a) file in the court a notice stating that the employer admits
liability; and
(b) pay into court an amount sufficient to cover the employer’s
liability on the claim.
