3930 Arbitration—doctor’s evidence to be covered by medical
Except with the court’s leave or as otherwise agreed by all the parties
to an arbitration, the oral evidence in chief of a doctor is not
admissible unless the doctor’s medical report served in accordance
with rule 3928 (Arbitration—service of medical reports) contains the
substance of the matters sought to be adduced in evidence.
