3917 Application for arbitration—minor amendment or amendment by consent (1) This rule applies to an amendment to a document in a proceeding that is— (a) minor and will not have any substantive effect on the case to be put by any party to the proceeding; or (b) consented to by all parties to the proceeding. Rule 3918 (2) Rule 3916 does not apply to an amendment mentioned in subrule (1). (3) A party may amend the document by filing, and serving on each other active party in the proceeding— it; or (b) a revised document incorporating and distinguishing the amendments.
