3910 Application for arbitration—copies When filing an application for arbitration, and the documents accompanying the application mentioned in rule 3909, in the court, the applicant must also file— (a) 1 copy for each respondent; and (b) for each respondent who is an employer other than a self-insurer—1 copy for the respondent’s insurer.
