3902 Application—pt 3.13 This part applies only in relation to— (a) the Magistrates Court; and (b) an injury to which the Workers Compensation Act, as in force after the commencement of the Workers Compensation Amendment Act 2001, applies. Note With some exceptions (see Workers Compensation Act, s 234 (now expired)), the Workers Compensation Act, as in force after the commencement of the Workers Compensation Amendment Act 2001, does not apply to injuries that happened before the commencement of the amending Act ie 1 July 2002.
