3900 Definitions—pt 3.13
arbitration means arbitration under the Workers Compensation Act.
claim includes a matter or question arising under the Workers
Compensation Act to be decided by arbitration.
contractor—see the Workers Compensation Act, section 13
(Subcontracting).
injury notice—see the Workers Compensation Act, section 123 (The
notice for an injury).
prescribed scale of costs means the scale of costs in schedule 4 (Scale
of costs).
principal—see the Workers Compensation Act, section 13
(Subcontracting).
representative, for a party to an arbitration, means a lawyer or other
person who represents the party.
third-party respondent—see rule 3920 (Arbitration—including other
parties).
Workers Compensation Act means the Workers Compensation
Act 1951.
