3625 Notice of objections to legal costs
(1) The party liable to pay the legal costs may by notice object to all or
part of the legal costs.
(2) A notice of objections must briefly state the reasons for the objection
identifying any issue of law or fact that the objector considers the
registrar must consider to make a decision in favour of the objector.
(3) The party liable to pay the legal costs must file the notice of
objections and serve a stamped copy on the other party not later than
14 days before the day the legal costs are to be assessed.
