3561 Judicial review—application for statutory order of review
and prerogative relief etc
(1) This rule applies if the following relate to the same matter:
(a) an application for a statutory order of review;
(b) an application for—
(i) prerogative relief; or
(ii) prerogative relief and a declaration or injunction
mentioned in rule 3558 (1) (Judicial review—declaration
or injunction).
(2) The applications may be made in a single application.
