3559 Judicial review—other prerogative relief etc On an application for prerogative relief— (a) any prerogative relief, declaration or injunction may be sought instead of, or in addition to, any other prerogative relief, declaration or injunction if it relates to the same matter; or Rule 3560 (b) the court may grant the prerogative relief, declaration or injunction it considers the most appropriate available, even if it is not included in the application.
