3555 Judicial review—other jurisdiction not excluded
The existence of prerogative relief under this part does not exclude
any other jurisdiction of the court to grant relief.
Note The Judicial Review Act, s 8 (1) (Effect of Act on other rights) provides
that the rights given to someone under that Act, ss 5-7 to seek an order
for review are additional to the person’s rights to seek a review in another
way.
