3483 Australian judgment—certificate for foreign registration
(1) An application under the Foreign Judgments Act, section 15 (Issue of
certificates of judgments obtained in Australian courts) in relation to
a judgment that has been given in an Australian court may be made
without notice to anyone.
(2) The application must be made—
(a) in the proceeding in which the judgment was obtained; and
(b) by filing—
(i) a draft of the certificate sought; and
(ii) a supporting affidavit.
(4) The supporting affidavit must include all information that would
enable the certificate to be issued.

(5) For the Foreign Judgments Act, section 15 (1) (b), the certificate must
be in accordance with the form approved under the Court Procedures
Act 2004, section 8 for the certificate.

(6) Unless the court otherwise orders on application or its own initiative,
