3479 Foreign judgment—notice of registration (1) The judgment creditor under a registered judgment must, not later than 28 days after the day the judgment is registered, serve— (a) notice of the registration on the judgment debtor; and Note See approved form 3.42 (Notice of registration of judgment order under Foreign Judgments Act 1991 (Cwlth)) AF2006-370. (b) a sealed copy of the order for registration; and (c) a stamped copy of the affidavit filed under rule 3474 (1) (c). (2) Unless the court otherwise orders, the notice and accompanying documents must be served personally.
