3462 Interstate confiscation orders—registration
An interstate confiscation order, or an amendment of an interstate
confiscation order, is registered when details of the order or
amendment are included in the register.
Note The Confiscation of Criminal Assets Act 2003, s 137 provides for
interstate confiscation orders (and amendments) to be registered in court
if the property (or part of the property) is situated in the ACT. They may
be registered in the Supreme Court or the Magistrates Court (see that Act,
s 238, s 240 and s 241). Registration is required to be in accordance with
the procedure of the relevant court (see that Act, s 137 (5)).
