3460 Definitions—div 3.7.2 interstate confiscation order means any of the following within the meaning of the Confiscation of Criminal Assets Act 2003: (a) an interstate restraining order; (b) an interstate automatic forfeiture decision; (c) an interstate civil forfeiture order; (d) an interstate conviction forfeiture order. register means the register of interstate confiscation orders kept under rule 3461.
