3405 Electoral matters—better particulars
The court may order a party to a proceeding under the Electoral Act,
part 16 (Disputed elections, eligibility and vacancies) to give another
party particulars, or better particulars, of a matter alleged by the party.

3450 Definitions—div 3.7.1
foreign confiscation order means—
(a) any of the following orders within the meaning of the Mutual
Assistance in Criminal Matters Act 1987 (Cwlth), section 3 (1):
(i) a foreign forfeiture order;
(ii) a foreign pecuniary penalty order;
(iii) a foreign restraining order; or
(b) a forfeiture order within the meaning of the International War
Crimes Tribunals Act 1995 (Cwlth), section 4.
register means the register of foreign confiscation orders kept under
rule 3452.
