3361 Disputed election—time of trial etc (1) The trial of an election application must be held at a time set by the (2) If the court makes an order setting the time for the trial, the plaintiff must, not later than 14 days before the trial date— (a) serve a sealed copy of the order on each other party; and (b) publish notice of the trial in a newspaper.
