3309 Cross-vesting—procedure following transfer of
proceeding from court
(1) This rule applies if the court makes an order transferring a proceeding
to another court under a cross-vesting law.
(2) The registrar must send to the other court all documents filed in the
court and a sealed copy of orders made in the proceeding.
