3270 Rules for proceedings under Corporations Act or ASIC
Act
The rules in schedule 6 apply to a proceeding in the Supreme Court
under the Corporations Act or the ASIC Act, and are intended to
apply in harmony with similar rules in the Federal Court and other
Australian courts.
