3252 Commercial arbitration—application A proceeding under the Commercial Arbitration Act must be started applications, etc. The division applies, subject to this part (see r 22 (Application—ch 2)), to the originating applications. Note 2 Pt 6.2 (Applications in proceedings) deals with applications in proceedings. An application in a proceeding includes an application to the court about the proceeding, whether made during the proceeding or after judgment is given in the proceeding.
