3210 Adoption proceedings—service of applications (1) A sealed copy of an application for an order under the Adoption Act must be served personally. (2) However, a sealed copy of an application may be served on— (a) the CYP director-general by giving the sealed copy to a member of the staff of the CYP director-general’s office; and (b) the principal officer of a private adoption agency by giving the sealed copy to a member of the staff of the agency.
