3202 Order for access to identifying information—notice of
intention to oppose
(1) A person served with an application for an order for access to
identifying information may oppose the application by filing in the
court a notice of opposition not later than 10 days after the day the
application is served on the person.
Note See approved form 3.39 (Notice of opposition to application for access to
identifying information) AF2010-147.
(2) A person who files a notice of opposition to an application for an
order for access to identifying information must serve a stamped copy
of the notice on the applicant for the order.
