3192 Discharging order—notice of intention to oppose
(1) A person served under the Adoption Act, section 39L (5) with notice
of an application for a discharging order may oppose the application
by filing in the court a notice of opposition not later than 10 days after
the day the notice of application is served on the person.

(2) A person who files a notice of opposition to an application for a
discharging order must serve a stamped copy of the notice on the
applicant for the discharging order.
