3172 Dispensing order—notice of intention to oppose
(1) A person served with an application for a dispensing order under
rule 3171 may oppose the application by filing in the court a notice
of opposition not later than 10 days after the day the application is

(2) A person who files a notice of opposition to an application for a
dispensing order must serve a stamped copy of the notice on—
(a) if the notice is filed by the CYP director-general—each person
required to be served with the application for the dispensing
order under rule 3171 (a) and (c); or
(b) if the notice is filed by someone else—the applicant or
applicants for the adoption order and the CYP director-general.
