313 Counterclaim by third party (1) A third party who has a claim against the defendant who included the third party may counterclaim against the defendant. (2) The third party may include the plaintiff or someone else as a defendant to the counterclaim if the person could be included as a defendant if the third party brought a separate proceeding.
