3117 Order about administration of real estate—Administration and Probate Act, s 51 (1) This rule applies if an application has been made for an order under the Administration and Probate Act, section 51 (Supreme Court may make special order) in relation to the administration of a deceased person’s real estate. (2) Stamped copies of the application and any supporting affidavits must be served personally on each party with a beneficial interest in the real estate.
