3112 Administration and probate—evidence about domicile
(a) a person applies for grant of representation for the estate of a
deceased person; and
(b) it appears that the deceased person may have been domiciled
outside the ACT.
(2) The court may require evidence of the following:
(a) the domicile of the deceased person;
(b) the requirements of the law of the domicile in relation to the
validity of any will or testamentary document made by the

distribution of the estate
