3081 Revocation of grant—application
(1) This rule applies if, after probate of a will or administration of an
estate has been granted—
(a) a person interested in the estate wants the grant revoked; or
(b) the personal representative wants to retire from the
administration.
(2) The person must apply in the proceeding in which the grant of
representation was made for an order to revoke the grant.
