3065 Definitions—div 3.1.7
caveator means a person who files a caveat in the court under this
grant of representation, for an estate, includes a resealing by the
court of a grant of probate or administration, or of an order to collect
and administer, for the estate made by a court of competent
jurisdiction of a reciprocating jurisdiction.
