304 Third-party notice—additional matters for claims for debt and liquidated demands (1) This rule applies to a third-party notice that includes a claim for a debt or liquidated demand. (2) A claim for interest up to the day of judgment— (a) must state the period or periods for which interest is claimed; and (b) may state the rate or rates at which interest is claimed. (3) If a rate is not claimed under subrule (2) (b), the rate is taken to be the rate of interest applying, from time to time, under schedule 2, part 2.1 (Interest up to judgment). Rule 305 (4) The costs amount applying under schedule 3, part 3.1 (Claim for debt or liquidated demand) must be specifically claimed for costs.
