3024 Reseal of foreign grant—when hearing required
(1) This rule applies to an application under the Administration and
Probate Act, section 80 (Resealing of grant made in reciprocating
jurisdiction).
(2) Unless a caveat is in force in relation to the application or
division 3.1.9 (Other probate proceedings) applies to the application,
the court may grant the application without a hearing.
