3012 Grant of representation—proof of identity and death
(1) This rule applies if an application is made for grant of representation
for the estate of a deceased person.
(2) The court may require further proof of the identity of the deceased
person or the applicant.
(3) The court may, on application, allow a death to be proved otherwise
than by a death certificate.
