2805 Solicitor removed from roll etc (1) This rule applies if a solicitor’s name is removed from the local roll under the Legal Profession Act 2006 or a solicitor’s local practising certificate under that Act is cancelled or suspended. (2) If a receiver is appointed under the Legal Profession Act 2006 for the solicitor’s practice, a copy of all processes and other documents to be served in a proceeding in which the solicitor is a solicitor on the record must be served on the receiver. (3) If a receiver is not appointed, rule 2808 (Effect of removal of, or leave to withdraw as, solicitor) applies with necessary changes. Rule 2806
