2757 Estate and trust accounts—evidence in subsequent
(1) This rule applies if an account is passed under this division and the
same account is afterwards directed to be taken in a proceeding.
(2) The evidence taken before the registrar on the examination of the
account may, with all just exceptions, be read on behalf of the
executor, administrator or trustee on the taking of the account in the
