2745 Definitions—div 2.20.4
beneficiary, of an estate or trust property, includes—
(a) a person with a beneficial interest in the estate or trust property;
and
Rule 2746
(b) for an estate—a person with a right to compel the executor or
administrator of the estate to complete the administration.
estate means estate of a deceased person.
