2729 Accounts—delay
(1) If there is delay in prosecuting the taking of an account, the court may
make orders for staying or expediting the proceeding, or for the
conduct of the proceeding (including orders about costs).
(2) The court may make an order under this rule on the application of
anyone entitled to be heard at the taking of the account or on its own
