2702 Trusts and estates—conduct of sale
(a) there is a proceeding for the administration of a deceased
person’s estate or enforcement of the trust of a written
instrument; and
(b) the court orders the sale of property vested in an executor or
administrator of the estate or trustee of the trust.
(2) Unless the court otherwise orders, the conduct of the sale must be
given to the executor, administrator or trustee.
