265 Application—div 2.4.7
This division does not apply to a proceeding to which either of the
following divisions applies:
(a) division 2.4.5 (Proceedings under Civil Law (Wrongs)
Act 2002, pt 3.1);
(b) division 2.4.6 (Representation—trustees and personal
representatives).
