2625 Interpleader order—2 or more proceedings
(a) an application for interpleader relief is made; and
(b) 2 or more proceedings are pending in the court for or about any
or all of the disputed property; and
(c) the court makes an order in any 2 or more of the proceedings.
(2) An order is binding on all the parties to all the proceedings to which
it applies.
