2621 Interpleader—summary disposal of proceeding
The court may, having regard to the value of the disputed property,
decide the claimants’ claims summarily on any conditions it considers
just if—
(a) the claimants consent; or
(b) a claimant applies to the court for the court to decide the claims
summarily.
