2605 Interpleader—notice of claim to enforcement officer
(a) an enforcement officer seizes or intends to seize personal
property (the disputed property) under an enforcement order;
and
(b) a person (the claimant) claims to be entitled to, or to have an
interest in, the disputed property or the proceeds of sale of the
disputed property.
(2) The claimant must give notice of the claim to the enforcement officer.
(3) The notice must—
(a) state the claimant’s name and give an address for service; and
(b) identify each item of the disputed property to which the claim
relates; and
(c) state the grounds of the claim.
