2563 Arrest warrant for defendant—restriction on further (a) the court makes an order refusing to issue or set aside a warrant under this division for the arrest of a defendant; or (b) the court makes an order that the defendant be released from custody under this division. (2) Within the 6-month period starting on the day the order is made, the plaintiff may apply for another warrant for the defendant’s arrest in relation to the same cause of action only if the plaintiff produces evidence that was not and could not reasonably have been given when the order was made.
